What we collect

• Account details: name, mobile number, email, username, and the address you give.
• KYC documents: when you submit them (e.g. PAN, Aadhaar), to verify who you are.
• Transactions: wallet top-ups, recharges, bill payments, their amounts, numbers and status.
• Device and usage: IP address, browser or app version, and location when a recharge provider requires it.

Why we use it

To run your account and wallet, complete the payments you ask for, prevent fraud, meet legal and regulatory duties, answer support requests, and tell you about your transactions.

Who we share it with

Only what each needs: payment gateways (to take your top-up), recharge and bill-payment providers (the number and amount), and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Account and transaction records are kept while your account is open and afterwards for as long as the law requires for financial records.

Security

Passwords and M-PINs are stored hashed, payment keys encrypted, and the site is served only over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us at once if you think your account was misused.

Your choices

You can view and update your profile at any time, and ask us to correct your data or close your account by writing to [support email — add it in Settings → Brand].
