Softvora Recharge

About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses Softvora Recharge (the website and the app) to add money to a wallet, recharge, pay bills or use any other service we offer. By creating an account you agree to them. Softvora Recharge is operated by Softvora Technologies.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give your real name, mobile number and email.
  • Keep your password and M-PIN secret. Anything done after signing in with them is treated as done by you.
  • We may ask for KYC documents before you can use some services, and may suspend an account that gives false details or is used for fraud.

Wallet

  • Money you add sits in your Softvora Recharge wallet and is used to pay for services on Softvora Recharge. It does not earn interest.
  • Bonus credit and reward points are promotional, can only be used on Softvora Recharge, and may carry their own conditions.
  • We never ask for your password, M-PIN or OTP on a call or message.

Recharges and bill payments

  • Check the number, operator and amount before you confirm. A recharge or bill paid to a number you entered wrongly cannot be reversed by us.
  • A transaction that fails is refunded to your wallet — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Plans, offers and bill amounts come from the operator or biller, who is responsible for delivering the service.

Charges and commission

Any charge or commission for a service is shown before you pay and on your receipt.

Not allowed

Using Softvora Recharge for anything illegal, for money laundering, with stolen payment details, or to probe or overload our systems. We will close such accounts and may report them.

Liability

We take care to keep the service running, but cannot promise it will always be available. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by operators, billers, banks or payment gateways, beyond refunding failed transactions as described in our policies.

Changes

We may update these terms; the new version applies from the date shown on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Bengaluru.
